A sala tem porta de maneira que se tiver alguém dormindo no sofá-cama, fica independente. O apartamento fica num prédio bem cuidado no quarto andar com elevador. A localização é boa com três linhas de metrô próximas: 9, 8 e 1. Muitos restaurantes e padarias ótimas nas proximidades. O atendimento do Vinicius e toda a sua equipe é TOP! como sempre
